3-way inbox

Traveller, supplier and you, on one thread.

A trip has two conversations — with the person travelling and with the people delivering it. The 3-way inbox keeps both on the trip record, in order, so nothing said to one side is lost when you speak to the other.

3-way inbox overview

One thread per trip

Every message about a trip, from either side and whichever channel, is on that trip’s thread. Search a trip, not an inbox.

Sides kept apart

The traveller never sees the supplier’s message and vice versa. You see both, in one sequence, with the stage each was sent at.

Channels folded in

Messages from your form and your dashboard on every tier; email parsed into the thread from Autopilot; WhatsApp relayed in as an add-on.

How a thread reads

From a dashboard, an email or WhatsApp. It is attached to the trip it belongs to and marked by side.

Reply from the thread; it goes back on the channel it came from. The traveller gets an email, the driver gets a WhatsApp.

When Autopilot sends a quote request or a reminder, it appears on the thread as a step, so the history is complete.

A message that needs a person is flagged and organised by what to do next, rather than lost in the sequence.
