1. Who we are
Hyperporter ("we", "us") provides travel operations infrastructure to travel businesses: Autopilot, subscription software that coordinates trip workflows, and Horizon, a network of vetted local ground operators through which we arrange trip services. Our registered office is Intelak Hub, Offices 4, One Central, Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai, UAE.
2. Who these terms apply to
Our services are provided to businesses — travel agencies, advisors, creators, and destination management companies — not to consumers. By creating an account or engaging us, you confirm you are acting in the course of business and are authorised to bind the business you represent.
3. Autopilot (software)
Autopilot is provided on a monthly subscription. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your own business operations during your subscription. You retain ownership of the data you put into it; we retain ownership of the software. Fees, plan limits, and any trial arrangements are as stated at the point of purchase.
Automated steps in Autopilot can be placed under manual control at any time. Payment marking is always manual: the software does not move money or confirm receipt of funds on its own — a human confirms every payment.
4. Horizon (network services)
Where you engage us to run a trip through Horizon, we arrange services with local operators on the terms agreed per trip (itinerary, price, and inclusions as quoted). Quotes are valid as stated on the quote; availability is only assured once re-verified and confirmed. Operator services are subject to the operator's own conditions where these are notified to you in the quote.
5. Your responsibilities
- Keep your account credentials secure and accurate.
- Ensure information you supply about trips and travellers is accurate and lawfully shared with us.
- Hold the licences and consents your own business requires to sell travel.
- Not misuse the services, attempt unauthorised access, or resell access without our agreement.
6. Liability
Neither party excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, our aggregate liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. We are not the supplier of underlying travel services (transport, accommodation, activities); responsibility for their performance rests with the operator providing them, without limiting any responsibility we have for our own arranging services.
7. Suspension and termination
You can cancel your subscription effective at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate for material breach, non-payment, or unlawful use, with notice where practicable. On termination we will make your data available for export for 30 days.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to account holders in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
