1. Who is responsible
Hyperporter, Intelak Hub, Offices 4, One Central, Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai, UAE, is the controller for personal data described in this policy, except trip and traveller data we process on a customer's instructions — for that, the travel business we work with is the controller and we act as their processor.
2. What we collect
- Contact details you give us — name, work email, agency name, booking volume — when you sign up or ask us to get in touch.
- Account and usage data — login details and how the software is used, for operating and improving the service.
- Trip and traveller data — itineraries, traveller names and contact details, supplier communications — processed on behalf of the travel business running the trip.
This website currently stores no form submissions: the email fields on the marketing pages validate in the browser only and send nothing to a server.
3. What we use it for
- Providing and supporting Autopilot and Horizon (performance of a contract).
- Responding to inquiries and demos you request (legitimate interest / pre-contract steps).
- Service communications and, only with consent where required, product updates.
- Security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
We do not sell personal data.
4. Who we share it with
Ground operators and suppliers involved in a trip receive the traveller details needed to deliver it. Service providers who host or support our systems process data under contract with us. Authorities receive data only where the law requires it.
5. International transfers
Trips are global by nature: traveller details are shared with operators in the destination country. Where data protection law regulates such transfers, we rely on the safeguards that law provides for them.
6. Retention
Account data is kept for the life of the account and up to 30 days after termination for export. Trip records are kept as instructed by the controlling travel business and as required for legal and accounting obligations.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. Travellers whose data we process for a travel business should direct requests to that business; we will assist it in responding. Contact us at hello@hyperporter.com.
8. Cookies
This website sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which involves your browser requesting font files from Google; no other third-party requests are made.
9. Changes
Material changes to this policy will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
