How sharing works

One action turns the chosen quotes and the itinerary into a proposal page.

Send the link, export a PDF, or text the link — whichever the traveller will actually open.

The trip record shows when the link was opened and how many times, so a follow-up is timed rather than guessed.

The traveller accepts on their side of the link. The trip moves to Confirmation and the supplier is re-checked.
