CRM workflow
Every trip on a board, every stage in view.
The client and supplier database, connected to trip staging. Each trip moves through nine stages from Inquiry to Completed, and the board shows where every one of them is right now.
CRM workflow overview
Nine named stages with a meaning each — Inquiry, Planning, Quotation, Confirmation, Booking, Ready, Traveling, Post-Trip, Completed — so the whole team reads a trip the same way.
Travellers and suppliers are contacts with a history, not names in a cell. Open a contact and see every trip they have been part of.
A trip that has sat too long in a stage is visible on the board. On Autopilot, it is chased automatically.
How a trip moves
A structured brief becomes a draft itinerary. On Showcase you write it; on Autopilot the first draft is proposed for you.
Supplier quotes come back on the thread, your margin is applied, and the accepted quote is re-checked with the supplier before anything is booked.
Payment requests go out and are marked received by a person. Vouchers and ground contacts are gathered before departure.
Live support runs on the thread, feedback is collected afterwards, and the record archives itself once everything is resolved.
CRM workflow is part of Portal. Start free on Showcase, and switch on what you need as the trips come in.
