Automated Inquiry

From the first message to a confirmed brief, untouched.

A form, an email or a WhatsApp arrives. Automated Inquiry reads it, asks the traveller the questions it cannot answer, and confirms the brief with them before the trip moves to Planning.

Automated Inquiry overview

Parsing

Dates, destination, travellers and budget pulled out of whatever was written, however it was written.

The follow-up questions

What is missing is asked for, on the channel the message came from, in a short guided exchange.

Confirmation

The traveller is shown the brief and asked whether it is right. Nothing moves forward until they say so.

How it runs

On the inquiry form, in a parsed email thread, or on WhatsApp. It is matched to a contact or creates one.

The structured fields are filled from the message. Gaps are listed.

One or two questions go back to the traveller. Their answers fill the brief.

The traveller confirms. The trip moves to Planning and a first itinerary is proposed.

Two more things and I can get you options: rough budget per person, and are the dates fixed?
About €5k each, and yes — fixed.
It asks for what is missing. Nothing else.

Where a person steps in

A brief the traveller has not confirmed does not advance. A message the parser cannot make sense of is flagged to you with the original text, not guessed at.

Autopilot runs the stages. You take the decisions. Start free on Showcase, and switch it on when you are ready.
