Automated Collection
The last mile chased down before it is a problem.
Passport details from the traveller. Vouchers, pickup times and a driver’s number from each supplier. Automated Collection asks for each, tracks what has come in, and reminds whoever is late — so that on departure day nothing is missing.
Automated Collection overview
Passport details, dietary needs, arrival flight — requested on the traveller’s link and stored on the trip.
Booking references, vouchers and ground contacts requested from each supplier on their side of the link.
The trip shows what is in and what is outstanding. Reminders escalate as departure gets closer.
How it runs
From the confirmed itinerary: what each supplier owes, what the traveller owes.
Each side is asked for their items, with a due date set back from departure.
A voucher uploaded or a form filled marks the item complete on the trip.
Reminders go out at intervals. Anything still missing near departure is flagged to you.
Where a person steps in
A supplier who does not deliver a voucher, or a traveller whose documents raise a question, is flagged to you before the traveller finds out. Collection asks and tracks; it does not decide what to do about a gap.
Autopilot runs the stages. You take the decisions. Start free on Showcase, and switch it on when you are ready.
