These terms govern your use of Hyperporter’s website and platform, provided by Hyperporter, Intelak Hub, Offices 4, One Central, Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai, UAE. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
Hyperporter is a workflow platform for travel businesses to manage inquiries, quotations, proposals, client and supplier communication, documents, payments and operations, with optional automations and an AI assistant. Hyperporter is software: unless we state otherwise, we are not a party to the travel arrangements, contracts or payments between you, your clients and your suppliers.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Showcase is free. Automations are billed monthly. Enterprise is priced per business. Current details are on our Pricing page. Fees are charged in advance for the billing period, are non-refundable except where required by law, and you can cancel at any time to stop future charges. We will give notice before changing prices.
You keep ownership of the data you and your clients and suppliers put into Hyperporter. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display it solely to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions to use that data, including traveler information.
You agree not to misuse the service. That includes unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive activity; attempting to access other customers’ data or rates; interfering with or reverse-engineering the platform; and using it to send spam or harmful content.
Rates, supplier details and trip data are private to your account. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Atlas and other automated features generate suggestions, proposals and messages. They can make mistakes, so you remain responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or sending them.
We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may improve, change or retire features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or the acts or omissions of clients, suppliers or other third parties. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You can stop using Hyperporter at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms or to protect the service or other users. On termination you can request an export of your data, after which we will delete it in line with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai, unless mandatory law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
We may update these terms. When changes are material, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
