1Who we are

Hyperporter (“Hyperporter”, “we”, “us”) provides a workflow platform for travel agencies, advisors, content creators, DMCs and tour operators to manage inquiries, quotations, proposals, bookings and operations. 2Information we collect

We collect only what is needed to run the platform:

• Account information: name, business name, email address, phone number and role.
• Trip data: the inquiries, traveler details, itineraries, quotations, rates, documents, payment status and messages that you, your clients and your suppliers enter or exchange in Hyperporter.
• Usage and device data: log data, device and browser type, and pages or features used, to keep the service secure and improve it.
• Communications: messages you send us, and messages relayed through connected channels such as email and WhatsApp.

3How we use information

• To provide, operate and support the platform and the automations you switch on.
• To generate proposals, quotations and messages on your behalf, including with our AI assistant, Atlas.
• To secure the service, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations.
• To communicate with you about your account, updates and support.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your private data to serve advertising.

4Your data stays yours

Your database of clients and suppliers belongs to you. Rates, seasonal pricing and trip data are private to your account and are never visible to other customers on the network. Supplier identity is masked from your clients, from inquiry to support, and clients and suppliers receive a secure link to their own side of a trip rather than access to your account.

5Sharing and service providers

We share information only as needed to deliver the service: with the clients and suppliers you choose to involve in a trip, with infrastructure, communications and payment providers acting on our instructions, and where required by law. Service providers are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

6International transfers

Travel is global, so data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards in line with applicable law.

7Retention

We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes and meet legal and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, subject to those obligations.

8Security

We protect data with access controls, encryption in transit, and separation between customer accounts. No system is perfectly secure, so we also limit what we collect and who can see it. See our Security page for more.

9Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, write to info@hyperporter.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

10Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and the service working, and limited analytics to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
